What we are
One Call Handyman Repairs is a referral and scheduling service. We connect you with an independent local handyman for your job and arrange the visit. We are not the contractor, we do not perform the work, and we are not a party to the agreement you make with the handyman.
The handyman
The handyman is an independent business. They are responsible for their own work, for holding whatever licence, registration and insurance their state, county and city require of them, and for the price they quote you. We do not endorse or guarantee anyone's credentials, and a description such as “handyman” or “vetted” on this site is not a statement that any particular licence or insurance is held. Work that needs a licensed trade (electrical, plumbing beyond a like-for-like fixture swap, gas, HVAC, roofing or structural work) is not handyman work and is not arranged through this site.
Prices
We publish no prices and we do not quote them, because the price depends on the job and on your home. The estimate is free. Your handyman gives you the price before any work begins and you approve it first. Most estimates are given verbally at your home.
Safety
The guides and free tools on this site are general information, not professional advice. Nothing on this site is an instruction to work on electrical, gas or water supply lines, on a roof, or on anything structural; the warnings on our pages are there to be taken seriously. In an emergency call 911, not us.
Calls and texts
When you send a request, you are agreeing that we may call or text you back about your job at the number you gave, and that calls may be recorded. Message and data rates may apply. Tell us to stop and we stop.
Limits
Because we arrange the service rather than perform it, any claim arising from the work itself lies with the handyman who did it. Our own liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, which for a referral is usually nothing.

These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They describe how the service actually works; have them checked before the site carries real volume.
